Water damage, cracks and collapsed sections cut out, reboarded and skimmed back in.
The work
What it involves
Ceilings take the damage first: a leak upstairs, an overflowing bath, a crack that opens along a joist. We cut back to sound board, fix new plasterboard to the joists, scrim the joints and skim it in so the repair sits flush with the rest of the ceiling.
If the whole thing is past patching we will say so and price the full ceiling instead, rather than repair something that fails again in a year.

- Repairs blended into flat or textured ceilings
- Full reboard and re-skim where a patch won’t hold
